JANCU
WHITE TABLE WINE

This wine comes from the recovering of some old abandoned vineyards, scattered around the countryside of Supersano, in the province of Lecce, and located at the foot of the hill named “Madonna di Coelimanna”.
The vineyards are trained using the traditional “gobelet” technique, and the yield ranges from 20 to 30 quintals per hectare.

Grapes: 70% White Trebbiano and 30% White Malvasia.
Vinification: bmaceration on the skins and soft pressing at a controlled temperature. Fermentation lasts for 15 days at a temperature of 10°C, and the wine ages for 6 months into a stainless steel tank. Then, the ageing process goes on for 6 additional months in the bottle.

Hand harvested on 22nd September 2014.
Alcohol: 10.5%.
Serving temperature: it is advisable to serve this wine at a temperature of 8-10°C to better enjoy its organoleptic properties.
Production: 500 bottles (750ml).
